LEADING FOR EXCELLENCE
This is an advanced leadership programme developed to enable senior clinicians and managers to deliver high quality, safe and compassionate care whilst balancing a complex range of strategic, operational and clinical responsibilities.
The planned teaching faculty will include national and local leaders.
The programme will include seven taught programme days at Madingley Hall, Cambridge, approximately one day per month commencing in September 2023 with completion in May 2024. No programme days are scheduled for January and February 2024.
Requirements for the programme will be attendance at all programme dates and completion of the Leadership Academy 360 assessment.
The programme will be of value to recently appointed and aspiring Clinical Directors and non- medical leaders at Band 8B and above.
