Learning to Lead
The Learning to Lead Programme is suitable for Consultants, GPs and senior nursing and AHP staff (Band 8A and above) who seek to develop and refine their clinical leadership skills, and are aspiring to, or are working in a leadership role.
The programme consists of eight taught days, approximately one day per month including a final day celebration event. Delegates are also required to develop, undertake and present a service improvement or innovation project.

Leading for Excellence
The Leading for Excellence Programme is suitable for aspiring Clinical Directors, Directors of GP partnerships/Networks and non-medical leaders (Band 8B and above)
The programme consists of seven programme days, approximately one day per month. The next programme will be starting in September 2023. Applications for this programme have now closed.
