Abstract submission instructions
Please prepare your abstract as pdf and as an email attachment to conference administrator Angela Gray at ajg203@medschl.cam.ac.uk.
Make sure to note in your submission email if you would like your abstract to be eligible for a poster, proffered talk, or both, and which session you would prefer to present in (see Conference Schedule below).
Abstract formatting:
• All text should be typed single spaced using Arial font, point size 11
• The title should be in bold
• The authors and addresses should start on the line following the title, with the name of the presenting author underlined
• The text should be separated from the authors and addresses by a blank line
• Abstracts should not exceed 300 words (this excludes the title and authors)
• Do not include diagrams or tables
• Please name your file as: ARR2026_authorname.pdf
Note: Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the Conference. All abstracts will be considered, and authors will be advised on whose abstract has been accepted after 7th April 2026.
