This session will create a support network for Dental Practice Managers to facilitate best practice for leadership, accountability and governance in General Dental Practice.
Course objectives:
- Discuss topics of relevance to practice management.
- Facilitate discussion of governance topics in relation to practice management.
- Provide facilitation to discuss solutions to challenges within a peer network.
Following the course you will be able to:
- Establish contacts with fellow professionals.
- Utilise the advantages of a peer review network.
- Share information which can be integrated to enhance the delivery of oral health care with in their own organisations.
